I am 43 years old. I was born and raised in Ukraine, in the city of Mariupol. I have worked in large companies and ran my own business my whole life. I have a financial education which has helped me to provide for myself and my family.

 

However, painting has been my hobby for the past few years, which I pursued in my spare time which was very limited. As time passed, I became more and more interested in painting, learning about different artists and their styles. My works received positive feedback from the public, which gave me great confidence and motivation to continue the creative process.

 

In 2022, a war broke out in Ukraine, and my house in Mariupol was completely destroyed. Along with it, all of my old works were destroyed, which were very dear to me. My family and I decided to move to Switzerland to find refuge and start a new life. Here, I started from scratch and devoted much more time to my hobby. Nowadays, I continue to pursue my hobby - painting, which helps me to relax and distract myself from the worries of what is happening in my home country.

 

My family and friends always support me in this. I believe that creativity is very important for every person, as it allows them to express their emotions and feelings. I hope that my works will continue to attract interest from viewers, as before, and that I will be able to continue painting.
